Petrol engines include a 1.5 TSI with 148bhp and a 2.0 TSI with 187bhp or 242bhp with 4MOTION. Diesel engines include a 2.0 TDI with 148bhp or 197bhp, with the higher-power engine coming with 4MOTION as standard.
Trim levels include Life, Elegance and R-Line. Heated and air conditioned seats, a powered tailgate, tilt and slide panoramic sunroof, IQ.LIGHT LED matrix headlights, Area View, ACC, IQ.DRIVE Travel Assist, the Digital Cockpit, 30-colour ambient lighting, Harman Kardon audio and a 10.25” touchscreen are available, creating the ultimate family SUV.

Design

Tiguan Allspace paints a confident picture with big alloy wheels, LED headlights and a sculpted, striking body. R-Line models wear a sports styling kit and get 20” alloys, aluminium pedals, 30-colour ambient lighting and front sports seats.

Drive

The 242bhp 2.0 TSI and 197bhp 2.0 TDI engines both come with 4MOTION and a 7-speed DSG gearbox as standard. The longer wheelbase of  the Allspace translates to a refined and comfortable drive, making it a great choice for cruising.

Practicality

The Tiguan Allspace is 20cm longer than the regular Tiguan, unlocking 85-litres more boot space (700-litres with 5 seats in place). In 7 seat mode, you still have a useful 230-litre boot, and a hands-free electric tailgate is available as standard.
