Need a new van? Then you need the new VW Caddy. This compact van is powered by a range of Euro 6 compliant 2.0 TDI engines with up to 120bhp, and it gives you the option of a DSG gearbox and 4MOTION all-wheel-drive. It’s available in two body lengths to suit your line of work and is available with VW’s latest technologies, including the Digital Cockpit and a heated windscreen that makes morning starts a breeze.
The Cargo has a 3.1m3 load volume while the Cargo Maxi has a 3.7m3 load volume. A 700kg payload capacity ensures heavy-duty work is no problem. 3 trim levels are available: Commerce, Commerce Plus and Commerce Pro. All models have cruise control. Commerce Plus models add rear parking sensors. Pro models boast front and rear parking sensors, LED taillights, a heated windscreen and a 10” touchscreen.
Design
This is the most stylish Caddy ever, with 16” or 17” alloy wheels and a perfectly proportioned body. All models have a near-side and off-side sliding side door. The cabin is well-equipped with the Digital Cockpit available optionally.
Drive
Power comes from a 2.0 TDI engine (75bhp, 102bhp, or 122bhp) with optional DSG and 4MOTION. Now also available as a plug-in hybrid: the Caddy Cargo eHybrid offers up to 732 miles (WLTP) of electric range plus petrol flexibility—ideal for modern, urban businesses.
Practicality
The Caddy has a 3.1m3 to 3.7m3 load volume, a near-side and off-side sliding side door and twin rear doors. A detachable tow bar is available optionally. You can also add Trailer Assist, which will steer into parking spaces for you with a trailer attached.
Living with it
The Caddy is as easy to live with as a Golf with features like a heated windscreen, power-folding door mirrors and automatic LED headlights available. No other compact van offers such awesome quality, efficiency and technology.
