Volkswagen servicing right up your street

We know that bringing your van to us for a service takes time, so instead of you coming to us, how about we come to you? 

It's all part of our Working With You initiative. 

What we offer

Our mobile service clinic* can carry out routine servicing, software updates, brake realignment, air-con refresh, diagnostics and warranty repairs. 

All work is carried out to the same standards, labour rates and warranties as work undertaken in our workshop, and we're able to do this across the entire Volkswagen Commercial Vehicle range. 

We can even carry out the service while you're working on a commercial site, assuming that there is suitable off-road space for us to work safely.**

The Mobile Service Unit is available for private and business customers on the Isle of Wight and business cusotmers in Hampshire and Dorset.

We can now bring main dealer Volkswagen servicing direct to you on the Isle of Wight!*

No more lengthy trips to the mainland when our Mobile Service Unit can come to your home or work - saving you time, money and fuel. And, this winter, we're not charging an additional travel fee when you book a service!^

All we need is a safe, off-road area to work on your vehicle and our Volkswagen trained technician can provide:

  • Servicing
  • Light cosmetic repairs
  • Minor repair work
  • Diagnostics
  • Battery testing and charging
  • Minor VW warranty repairs

*We will visit the Isle of Wight on set days during the month to carry out multiple appointments. We are unable to attend for single appointments. There is an additional charge of £78 inc VAT per booking.

**We are unable to work on the roadside but can carry out work at commercial sites and off-road private property.

We are a credit broker and not a lender. We can introduce you to a lender on our panel, which includes lenders of vehicle manufacturers. We have commercial arrangements with lenders and credit brokers which are likely to influence who we introduce you to. We are not an independent financial adviser and don’t give you any advice or recommendations. It is your choice whether you enter into any finance agreement.

Our approach is to introduce you first to the manufacturer lender linked to the franchise offering you the vehicle. They will usually offer the best available package for you, taking into account both interest rates and other contributions (but we do not guarantee they do). If they are unable to offer finance, we then seek to introduce you to someone else on our panel. We will usually receive a commission for your introduction. This will be either a fixed fee, or a fixed percentage of the amount that you borrow. This may be linked to the vehicle model you choose.

Lenders of vehicle manufacturers may also provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock and also provide financial support for our training and marketing. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement. Before we propose you to a potential lender, we will tell you of the likely amount of commission we will receive and seek your consent to receiving this commission. The exact amount of commission will be confirmed before you sign your finance agreement.
