What is a Service Plan?
A Service Plan from Volkswagen is a payment plan that combines the cost of a certain number of scheduled services into one lump sum, providing you with the chance to pay monthly or upfront, avoiding larger payments when services are due.
We have a range of Service Plans available, for new and used cars, whether they are petrol or diesel, electric or hybrid.
What's Covered?
We have a variety of plans depending on age and engine type. What’s included can vary depending on this. In general, our experts will inspect your car and ensure all its important components are in good working order, and they will highlight any additional necessary work to you. Depending on what engine type you have, we will drain the oil and replace filters or will inspect charging cables and battery health. One of our plans also includes MOT, Warranty and Roadside Assistance.

Vehicles that have been out of a warranty (that has been provided by Volkswagen UK or Volkswagen Financial Services) for more than 30 days will have a no-claim period of 30 days at the start of their policy. The All-in Warranty does not cover any vehicle already covered under any other guarantee, insurance, warranty and/or gesture of goodwill.
All servicing must be carried out in line with the requirements of the service schedule at a Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles UK Authorised Repairer. Additional work, including wear and tear, is excluded. Service Plan validity is dependent on required payments received.
