Package:
- Basic: £28,000 to £30,000pa, depending on experience
- Schedule: Monday to Friday: 7.30am to 4.30pm
We’re Looking For!
- Experience within a warranty, main dealer environment would be an advantage
- Possess good technical knowledge with ability to answer customer queries
- Ability to multitask and use your own initiative when faced with challenges
- Excellent computer skills
- Impressive organisational skills
- Ability to thrive within a team
- Extensive knowledge of CDK desirable, although training will be given
- Professional and courteous manner
Job Description:
- Submit accurate warranty and goodwill claims on a daily and weekly basis
- Monitor daily and weekly reports
- Administer warranty policy in the best interest of Breeze, the manufacturer and the customer aiming for profitability and efficiency
- Maintain records of warranty submissions and customer contributions towards goodwill claims
- Liaise with the parts department to ensure all parts replaced under warranty are retained for the correct period of time, and labelled to be made available to manufacture on request
- Administration support to the service team
