Package:
- Salary: Starting basic of £25,500, with uncapped OTE of £30,800
- Operating Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays: 8:30am – 3:00pm (March to September only) 5 days per week
We’re Looking For!
- Experience in a rental role is desirable although full training will be given
- Proven track record for delivering exceptional customer service
- Self- motivated, driven individual with the ability to use your own initiative and prioritise multiple tasks
- Strong computer skills
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Brings a positive attitude and thrives in a collaborative, team environment
- Personable approach, with a polite and courteous manner
- Full UK driving licence
Job Description:
- Dealing with the general public and corporate clients on the phone and in person
- Handover on Cars, Vans & Campervans
- Processing payments and ID checks correctly, including pre-authorisation/card details/ credit checks etc
- Create the best rental experience by maximising on sales and service opportunities for every customer
- Opening and closing rental agreements
- Assist delivery and collection of rental vehicles
- Monitor daily desktop reports, vehicle availability, utilisation, excess mileage etc
- To increase the number of local corporate accounts within the designated area, identifying new potential sales opportunities
- Dealing with fines & penalties for all hire vehicle and conducting daily fleet checks and vehicle checks
- Ensures rentable standard is met and any additional damage is documented upon return
- Supporting colleagues across all roles within operations to create a smooth customer experience
