We’re Looking For:

  • You must have an automotive background, ideally within the VAG
  • Experience working within a high volume, Senior Management, sales biased role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growth strategies
  • You must be a driven individual, who can excel in a high energy, high-pressured environments
  • Possess exceptional organisational skills
  • Passionate about people and curating a positive working culture
  • Ability to lead and be a part of a large, high performing team
  • Possess a positive demeanour with a can-do attitude
  • Computer skills essential
  • Full UK driving licence

 

Main Job Requirements:

  • Maximise dealership profitability across all revenue streams, including vehicle sales, associated products, parts, labour, and workshop repairs
  • Ensure operational efficiency across all departments, maintaining effective control of cashflow, stock levels, and assets in line with business plans and profit expectations
  • Drive exceptional customer care standards by working collaboratively with colleagues at all levels and promoting a culture of continuous improvement
  • Conduct regular briefings to clearly communicate objectives, providing constructive performance feedback and support
  • Lead and develop a large, high performing team of over 100 employees, ensuring consistent performance, engagement and alignment with organisational goals
  • Build and sustain strong, professional relationships suppliers, external partners, and key community stakeholders to positively represent the business
  • Always display professionalism and motivation to encouraging positive change and supporting the company’s reputation for excellence

Different lenders pay different commissions for such introductions, and manufacturer lenders linked directly to the franchises that we represent may also provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock and also provide financial support for our training and marketing. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement; however, you will be contributing towards the commission paid to us with the interest collected on your repayments. Before we propose you to a potential lender, we will inform you of the likely amount of commission we will receive and seek your consent to receive this commission. The exact amount of commission that we will receive will be confirmed prior to you signing your finance agreement.
