We have a fantastic opportunity at our Volkswagen Passenger Car Showroom in Poole for a Transaction Manager to join our successful team.

As Transaction Manager, you will play a pivotal role within our largest dealership, developing, coaching, and leading a team to drive sales performance while ensuring a seamless customer journey.

Package:

  • 45 hours
  • Quarterly bonus
  • Monthly commission structure
  • Monday to Saturday (set day off in the week) + Sunday rota
  • 5 day working week

 

Main Duties Include:

  • Diary and Dealer web Management
  • Achieve and strive to exceed all targets and sales objectives through a well-developed and motivated sales team.
  • Ensure the sales team have full knowledge and understanding of product, promotional and marketing activities, and communicate visions and goals to staff by planning and preparing thoroughly for the daily sales meeting
  • Maximising profitability and managing vehicle sales enquiries
  • Monitor and drive CXM scores, assessing areas of improvement to hit brand and dealership targets
  • Review vehicle deters, outstanding balances and refunds
  • Maximise sales and profitability through satisfaction and retention of customers
  • Monitor and control departmental administration and procedures, to determine operating efficiency and expenditure within budget.
  • Monitor sales performance against current goals and targets, ensuring new and used stock levels are sufficient to meet projected sales
  • Ensure robust and understood referral processes are in place and measured to ensure a smooth, quality transition into the finance and insurance transaction for the customer
  • Ensure suitable and appropriate measures of finance and insurance processes and performance are in place
  • Handle dissatisfied customers calmly, resolve complaints with sensitivity, and involve others when needed

  • Experience as a Transaction Manager or someone who has taken on leadership responsibilities would be considered

But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement; however, you will be contributing towards the commission paid to us with the interest collected on your repayments. Before we propose you to a potential lender, we will inform you of the likely amount of commission we will receive and seek your consent to receive this commission. The exact amount of commission that we will receive will be confirmed prior to you signing your finance agreement.
