Package:

  • Wednesday to Friday: 8am to 5pm & 1 in 2 Saturdays: 8.30 to 5pm (occasional bank holiday cover) 
  • 29.5 hour contract
  • £12.21 per hour

 

Main Duties Include:

  • Represent Breeze and VW in a professional way ensuring a high-level of customer service is provided to every customer regardless of their purchase.
  • Provide support to the Sales Manager and Sales Team.
  • Liaising with the Service Team, providing them information of sold vehicles and stock so they can be prioritised.
  • Liaise with third party suppliers to ensure all work is carried out in a timely fashion – keeping customer satisfaction the paramount consideration.
  • Ensure the showroom new/ used vehicle display is correctly merchandised, all vehicles are correctly priced with all POS in accordance with brand standards.
  • Ensure the details of all vehicle transactions are accurately processed and FCA compliant
  • Manage and oversee Battery Care Program to ensure we fully meet brand standards.
  • Ensure pre-delivery inspection and any repairs or servicing are carried out and the customer is notified of any delays.
  • Managing internal and external vehicle logistics

 

We’re Looking For:

  • Experience within a similar role in the automotive sector would be highly desirable
  • Focused individual who is self-motivated who can organise themselves and recognise what needs to be done to achieve our goals
  • Computer skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Ability to use own initiative with the ability to multi-task
  • Team player
  • Personable approach, with a polite and courteous manner
  • Full UK driving licence

Before we propose you to a potential lender, we will inform you of the likely amount of commission we will receive and seek your consent to receive this commission. The exact amount of commission that we will receive will be confirmed prior to you signing your finance agreement.
