We’re looking for an imaginative Content Creator, brimming with fresh ideas to deliver a range of original, engaging video and photography content for our brands – Volkswagen, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Suzuki cars, Ducati motorcycles, Breeze Campers, Breeze Fleet Solutions and VWFS Rent-a-Car.
You’ll be part of a close-knit marketing team based at our Head office in Poole, although this role will require frequent travel between our sites in Poole, Ferndown, Southampton and Portsmouth.

Package:
- £27,000 pa (depending on experience)
- Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm (weekend and evenings for events as required)
- 37.5 hours
Job Description:
- Working alongside our existing content creator, marketing executives and marketing manager, to translate key business messages into content ideas
- Creating a variety of content from graphics and photography to engaging videos, that tell cohesive brand stories across all marketing channels
- Editing of stills and video, ensuring the content is fit for purpose and adapted to the relevant channel/audience
- Working with influencers and external creators to produce content aligned with business goals
- Ongoing analysis of social channels and content to ensure we do more of what works and continue to grow. Reporting back to Marketing Manager and team
- Supporting departments across the Group with recruitment, training and business update videos
- Attending and documenting company events
We’re Looking For!
- Creativity is key so, whether you have a relevant degree or are entirely self-taught, it’s your skills with a camera that counts
- Ability to shoot on a phone, Go-Pro or DSLR, depending on the content required and the location/situation
- Confidence in developing and tailoring imagery for different platforms and audiences, with an understanding of social media trends and how to capitalise on them
- Proficiency in design and editing software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and Canva
- An understanding of social media strategy and reporting
- Excellent attention to detail
- A passion for automotive, both 4 and 2 wheels
- A self-starter who can manage varying workloads and projects, and meet tight deadlines
- A real team player and excellent communicator
- A full driving licence is essential, with the ability and willingness to drive different cars and vans
