Centre Manager - Bournemouth TPS

Salary & OTE: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (including bonus)

Role: TPS Centre Manager

Location: Bournemouth TPS

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm

Main duties include:

  • Responsible for leading, managing and motivating your TPS team to deliver and achieve the centre’s business plans, targets and objectives
  • Ensure excellent customer service through the centre
  • Develop strategic plans and ensure all processes are in place and run successfully
  • Maintain an effective relationship with all stakeholders, ensuring the overall security of the stock and premises
  • Ensure compliance with business standards and processes, financial, legal and ethical guidelines (including Warranty)
  • Analyse internal and external market data to develop an understanding of the potential sales opportunities
  • Regularly monitor business performances to Identify opportunities for improvement and take action for any deviations

We’re looking for:

  • Automotive management experience, VAG would be an advantage!
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and growth
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to lead a high performing team, planning strategies and activities to grow and develop a business
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Passionate about people
  • Computer skills essential
  • Full UK driving licence

But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement; however, you will be contributing towards the commission paid to us with the interest collected on your repayments. Before we propose you to a potential lender, we will inform you of the likely amount of commission we will receive and seek your consent to receive this commission. The exact amount of commission that we will receive will be confirmed prior to you signing your finance agreement.
