Centre Manager - Bournemouth TPS
Salary & OTE: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (including bonus)

Location: Bournemouth TPS
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm

TPS is part of the Volkswagen Group along with Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, Volkswagen passenger cars and Commercial Vehicles. We provide high-quality Genuine Parts and products to independent garages, body shops and customers to ensure they can service and repair Volkswagen Group vehicles.

Main duties include:
- Responsible for leading, managing and motivating your TPS team to deliver and achieve the centre’s business plans, targets and objectives
- Ensure excellent customer service through the centre
- Develop strategic plans and ensure all processes are in place and run successfully
- Maintain an effective relationship with all stakeholders, ensuring the overall security of the stock and premises
- Ensure compliance with business standards and processes, financial, legal and ethical guidelines (including Warranty)
- Analyse internal and external market data to develop an understanding of the potential sales opportunities
- Regularly monitor business performances to Identify opportunities for improvement and take action for any deviations
We’re looking for:
- Automotive management experience, VAG would be an advantage!
- Proven track record of achieving targets and growth
- Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to lead a high performing team, planning strategies and activities to grow and develop a business
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Passionate about people
- Computer skills essential
- Full UK driving licence
