Package:

  • Basic Salary: £27,887.60
  • Bonus OTE: £6000
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 -17.30, Saturday rota (1 in 6) 08.30 -13:00 (43.25 hrs)

Please note: The business operates from 8am to 6pm, which means the shift pattern may change to 08.30 – 18.00 depending on the needs of the business.

 

We’re Looking For!

  • Experience within a similar role, industry experience would be an advantage 
  • Ideally possess good mechanical knowledge with the ability to answer customer queries
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer skills are essential
  • Impressive organisational skills
  • Knowledge of Keyloop is desirable, although training will be provided
  • Ability to thrive within a team
  • Professional and courteous manner

 

Main Duties Include: 

  • Answering all incoming calls following Breeze’s process
  • Booking routine service and repair jobs
  • Making outbound calls booking in service/repairs in line with CFA & VHC
  • Listening and identifying customers problems
  • Providing accurate information in a clear and professional manner
  • Using your initiative to resolve customer enquiries
  • Capturing customer data in line with GDPR and updating Breeze on all systems

This may be linked to the vehicle model you purchase.

Different lenders pay different commissions for such introductions, and manufacturer lenders linked directly to the franchises that we represent may also provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock and also provide financial support for our training and marketing. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement; however, you will be contributing towards the commission paid to us with the interest collected on your repayments. Before we propose you to a potential lender, we will inform you of the likely amount of commission we will receive and seek your consent to receive this commission. The exact amount of commission that we will receive will be confirmed prior to you signing your finance agreement.
