Package:
- Basic Salary: £27,887.60
- Bonus OTE: £6000
- Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 -17.30, Saturday rota (1 in 6) 08.30 -13:00 (43.25 hrs)
Please note: The business operates from 8am to 6pm, which means the shift pattern may change to 08.30 – 18.00 depending on the needs of the business.
We’re Looking For!
- Experience within a similar role, industry experience would be an advantage
- Ideally possess good mechanical knowledge with the ability to answer customer queries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer skills are essential
- Impressive organisational skills
- Knowledge of Keyloop is desirable, although training will be provided
- Ability to thrive within a team
- Professional and courteous manner
Main Duties Include:
- Answering all incoming calls following Breeze’s process
- Booking routine service and repair jobs
- Making outbound calls booking in service/repairs in line with CFA & VHC
- Listening and identifying customers problems
- Providing accurate information in a clear and professional manner
- Using your initiative to resolve customer enquiries
- Capturing customer data in line with GDPR and updating Breeze on all systems
