Meet Max Our Apprentice Technician
Max joined the Breeze Van Centre team in Portsmouth as an Apprentice Technician in January 2022.
“After completing a course on light vehicle maintenance at college, I wasn’t satisfied on the level of knowledge I received. So, looking to further my understanding, I applied for an apprenticeship with Breeze.”
Max’s normal working day includes observing his mentor, carrying out light vehicle maintenance to meet manufacturer specifications and standards and general workshop maintenance as well as parts operation, learning how they find and source the correct parts for jobs.
“Working within Breeze has been an amazing experience where I have learnt how to work better within a team. I hope this apprenticeship takes me above and beyond where I believe my capabilities lie, so I can become the best technician I can.”
Max will become a fully qualified Volkswagen Technician when he completes his apprenticeship in 2025. Good luck Max!
