Call Centre re-opens for Aftersales bookings

From today (Tuesday 14th April), we have re-opened our call centre and we are now taking bookings for May onwards.

 

If your service is carried out late due to disruption caused by COVID-19, the delay will not invalidate your vehicle’s warranty, but it is important to get the service done as soon as you can. Please call to discuss availability and options, e.g. collection and delivery, and any specific concerns you may have. 

 

The safety of our staff and customers remains paramount so, should we need to move your booking following Government guidance, we will call to give you re-booking priority.

Lenders may pay a fixed commission to us for introducing you to them, calculated by reference to the vehicle model or amount you borrow. Different lenders may pay different commissions for such introductions, and manufacturer lenders linked directly to the franchises that we represent may also provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock and also provide financial support for our training and marketing. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement, all of which are set by the lender concerned. If you ask us what the amount of commission is, we will tell you in good time.

If you are selecting a Volkswagen ID.3, ID.4, ID.5 or ID.7 then all prices shown are MDP (Manufacturer’s Direct Price), inclusive of VAT. Sold by Volkswagen Passenger Cars, a trading division of Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited. MDP includes: delivery to Agent, number plates, new vehicle registration fee, the first year’s Vehicle Excise Duty and VAT (calculated at 20%). Volkswagen Passenger Cars may charge the MDP at any time (this includes where there are government changes in regulation and/or legislation).
